It is with great pride and purpose that I welcome you to the Philippine Society of Regenerative Medicine. As the Founding President, I am honored to lead a community of forward-thinking professionals dedicated to advancing the science and practice of regenerative medicine in the Philippines.
Our mission is to promote innovation, education, and ethical standards in regenerative therapies—bridging cutting-edge science with compassionate patient care. As this field continues to evolve, we are committed to fostering collaboration among clinicians, researchers, and industry leaders to ensure that safe, effective, and evidence-based treatments are accessible to our communities.

DR. DARYL JOEL C. DUMDUM, MD, DFM, FSRM

Dr. Daryl Joel C. Dumdum, MD, DFM, FSRM, is a physician-researcher and Fellow in Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine of the International Association of Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine, specializing in stem-cell science, cellular therapy, extracellular vesicles, and translational biomedical innovation.
He is also a Diplomate of the Philippine Academy of Family Physicians, and the current President of the PAFP Davao City Chapter
He is Co-Founder of the Philippine Society for Regenerative Medicine, Southeast Asia Chapter Director of ISSCA Global (International Society for Stem Cell Applications) , a Scientific Advisory Board Member and International Faculty of IASRM(International Association of Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine) , and CEO of SH360 Medical Corporation.

Maria Victoria “Marivic” Hebron Juan oversees the financial stewardship, corporate governance, strategic operations, and organizational development of PSRM. She supports the Society’s mission of fostering ethical, evidence-based, and innovative regenerative therapies through collaboration among healthcare leaders, researchers, and industry partners.
She is also the President and co-owner of, Patient First Medical Clinic and Diagnostics Center, a multi-specialty and diagnostics healthcare institution for more than 30 years.
